1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all bookings of our holiday apartments.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The contract is concluded upon confirmation of your booking request.
3. Prices and Payment Terms
The prices are inclusive of statutory value-added tax. A deposit of 20% is due at the time of booking, with the remaining balance payable upon arrival.
The local tax (tourism fee) per person per night for guests aged 14 and over is to be settled upon departure.
A washing machine and a tumble dryer are available in the basement. The use of these appliances is available for a flat fee of €5 per item.
4. Guest Obligations
The guest agrees to treat the booked holiday apartment(s) with care and to report any damages immediately.
5. Liability
We are not liable for damages caused by force majeure or unforeseen events.
6. Data Protection
Your data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
7. Jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction is Bolzano, Italy.
