Terms of Use

Payment terms:

The booking is concluded with a deposit of 20%. A generated payment link (SumUp) will be sent for the transfer. The remainder will be paid upon arrival. Card payments (SumUp - Mastercard, Visa, American Express) and PayPal are accepted.

Local tax:

A local tax of EUR 2.50 per day and person from 14 years must be paid upon arrival.

Cancellation

• Cancellation up to 1 day before booking: Full refund
• Cancellation on the day of booking (check-in): Full reimbursement of the entire accommodation costs, minus the first night
• Cancellation during the stay: in consultation with the landlord
  

Laundry:

It is possible to do the laundry on request. A washing machine for all accommodations is available in the basement and can be rented the day before for € 5 per wash.

The house rules apply.

The landlord reserves the right to make additional changes if necessary.
